Environmental Economics and Conservation Finance

Economic thinking and financial analysis run through nearly all of our work designing market incentive based conservation programs. Summit Conservation Strategies also conducts economic and market research, with an emphasis on valuation of non-market goods and use of innovative approaches to challenging problems in conservation economics and finance. Specific projects include valuation of water rights and non-market goods, cost-benefit analysis of environmental projects, and financial analysis of ecosystem services and conservation projects.
